Kegworth Bowls Club is a private club that was founded in 1931. The green is situated on Nottingham Road opposite the King George V Playing Fields, It has its own clubhouse with dining facilities, home and visitors changing rooms and bar. There is a Mens Section and a Ladies Section which operate independently, although quite a few matches are of the mixed variety.

During the outdoor playing season (End April to End September), we play Saturday afternoon friendly matches in an area covering Loughborough, Shepshed, Ashby and Coalville. There is a Mens Over 60's Coalville Triples League which is played on Tuesday afternoons and a Loughborough Triples League played on Thursday evenings, plus additional competitions.

We have a medium size membership and we try to pick players on a rotational basis where possible in order to give everyone a regular game.

This is a facility that any village would be proud of and our members work hard to maintain all the various facilities.
